These terms apply when you use WA-Kit at wa-kit.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use WA-Kit.
1. What WA-Kit is
WA-Kit provides tools to format, prepare and send WhatsApp messages from your own WhatsApp account. WA-Kit is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta. “WhatsApp” is a trademark of its owner and is used only to describe what our tools work with.
2. Your account
- You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity on your WA-Kit account.
- You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
- Keep the information you save accurate, and save only contacts you are entitled to keep.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use WA-Kit to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- harass, threaten, deceive or defraud anyone;
- break any law, or WhatsApp’s own terms of service;
- interfere with the site, attempt to access other users’ data, or misuse our systems.
WhatsApp may restrict accounts that send too many messages or are reported as spam. Messages you send through WA-Kit are sent from your own WhatsApp account, and you are responsible for them.
4. Free and paid plans
The tools are free to use. Free accounts can save a limited number of contacts (currently 10). We may introduce paid plans with additional features or limits; prices and terms will be shown clearly before you buy, and the free plan will remain available.
5. Your content
Messages you write and contacts you save remain yours. You give us permission to store and process your saved data only so that we can provide the service to you. See our Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep WA-Kit running smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, WA-Kit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for messages sent or not sent, for actions taken by WhatsApp on your account, or for loss of data. Please keep your own copy of important contacts; you can export them from your account.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using WA-Kit and delete your account at any time from your account page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use WA-Kit after a change means you accept the updated terms.
