Questions about plans
Is there a charge per message?
No. You pay one fixed price for your plan. Messages go from your own WhatsApp account, so WA-Kit never charges per message, however many you send.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Open Manage billing on this page or on My contacts and cancel in a couple of clicks. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
What happens to my contacts if I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. All your contacts and templates stay saved and usable. If you have more than your plan allows, you just can’t add new ones until you’re under the limit again (or upgrade).
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. When you move up, you pay only the difference for the rest of the current period. When you move down, the unused amount is credited to your next payments.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If WA-Kit isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and you’ll get your money back in full. Just email [email protected]. See our refund policy.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
Payments are handled by Paddle, a trusted payment company used by thousands of software businesses. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other local methods. WA-Kit never sees or stores your card details.
Which currency will I pay in? Are taxes included?
Prices are shown in US dollars. At checkout you’ll see the exact amount in your own currency where available, including any sales tax or GST that applies in your country, before you pay.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. Paddle emails a receipt for every payment, and you can download invoices any time from Manage billing.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
